As I approach middle-age, something about spending hours on my butt making a chain go around and around gets more and more appealing...
Back to spin class. This weather won't give up! Heather gave us a scare. She was in so much pain she pretty much fell off her bike. Dr. Rob and Wiley took her off to the hospital. The rest of the night was pretty mellow, as you can imagine. I hope there is word on her soon...

I have been teaching High School Computer Science for 10 years, and love the work. Working with teenagers is a great way to stay young and inspired, and it gives me the time to ride my bike and stay fit. I also love to write computer programs, and enjoy the process of teaching others to write interesting code.
